Classes
Heidi teaches a fun variety of cooking and craft classes in the Twin Cities and in south east Minnesota.
Classes include Lefse (Norwegian Potato Flatbread), Krumkake (Norwegian Cookies), Lamb cooking, and Skinnfell (Norwegian Printed Sheepskins).
Classes are mostly held in the fall and winter. Check this page or sign-up for our email newsletter for class announcements.
